Art Pieces

One of my most prized pieces I created for a friend. Entitled "Do Your Thang Honey". It is an abstract peacock. Acrylic on prepared canvas.
This is a painting that I did as a coop with a friend of mine. We each chose a different hat to do. Watercolor on paper.
This is the only picture that I have of this piece. It is an interpretation of the greek god Pan for my Myth and Media course final project. I had to turn it in so I was unable to get another picture of it. Mixed media acrylic.
A two canvas piece I did of an abstract bird. Acrylic on prepared canvas.
This is a painting that I did using the inspiration of my late Grandmother's name Daloris. Daloris means sorrow, this is why I chose to focus on an eye and color blue.
This is an example of some of the pencil drawing I do. I have done several different portraits, but this one of my sister is my favorite.
I am sincerely proud of this picture as it took me nearly 35 hours to create. Our teacher set up a projector for us as we copied an outline of a person onto a piece of tag board. I chose Johnny Depp as my model. The five different layers all required a different medium. Layer one is pencil, layer two is crayon, layer three is marker, layer four is paint and layer five is paper.
This piece was one a did for my first college Art course. We had to take something from nature and recreate it three other ways. My inspiration was the fall leaves on the ground after a rain shower.

The above two pieces are a chair that I painted and used Modge Podge glue to adhere newspaper and magazine clippings to it. I currently use this chair as an accent piece in my own home. It was a fun college project I did with a friend.
